Oregon Flower Farms: Part I

A few weeks ago, Gentleman Farmer and I took a drive down to Oregon to visit some commercial flower gardens. I took so many pictures; each flower is my "favorite"!
I did want to share some of them with you.
We spent the entire day visiting four different gardens.
Today I am sharing pictures from Adelman Peony Gardens.
(They have an online catalog at http://www.peonyparadise.com/ )
The season was just beginning and most of the Peonies were not yet in bloom.
What was in bloom was amazing!
Please enjoy some of my favorites!

Dear Lady Farmer,

Oh my, how lovely! Peonies are one of my favorite flowers. Sadly, my little bush has decided not to bloom this year. I can't imagine having hundreds and hundreds of them; it would be too heavenly!

We're looking forward to seeing the rest.

Love,

Marqueta

Beautiful photos of one of my favorite flowers!
Thank you for visiting my blog.To answer your question about Island Living magazine-sadly I think they have gone out of business as there have been no new issues come out and they took down their website. I am really disappointed for them as they worked hard at it and it was a lovely magazine of our little island. They had planned to come back to photograph our garden as well.
Take care,
Carolyn
