What I've been up to today...

Peaches and Purses
~
The peaches are in the pantry...

The purse is in the shoppe!

"She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands...
She perceiveth that her merchandise is good:...
She maketh fine linen, and selleth it;...
She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness."
Various from Proverbs 31

It looks as though someone else has been busy canning too, those peaches are beautiful and I know just as tasty.
Your purse is so pretty too, I love to read Proverbs 31 and enjoyed reading it to our grandchildren when they were here, especially now since they are getting older and thinking of their future.

Thank you for visiting and as always leaving me such encouraging words.
Blessings,
Sue

Lady Farmer,

You peaches are just beautiful! Don't you love the beauty of homemade canned goods lined up on a shelf?

The purse is so cute! You have some very lovely items in your etsy shop Raeann. You are quite the talented girl :)

Lady Farmer,
I do believe we are kindred spirits! I love your blog, it makes me feel at home.
We just finished canning peaches as well. It was our first time with a little challenge behind it.
I heard about your blog through The American Home blog.
Welcome to my blog as well.
Well, off to bake bread and can apple sauce and pear sauce.

Wow! I didn't know you had a "shoppe"! Wow! I didn't realize you sewed! Wow! Those peaches look deliciously sweet and juicy. Wow! There's a lot I don't know! ; )

Love the aprons in your shoppe.... maybe I will be able to buy some day.

Thank you for sharing....

Oh, your peaches are just lovely! Preserving is one of my favorite things to do. Do you usually preserve all those amazing Pacific NW coast varieties that we never see in the north central states?

Tomorrow, is peach canning day at Rose Cottage. It will be cool, so it will be perfect for putting things up in the jar!

Have a lovely weekend!
