I've been stitchin' up something in The Sewing Room,
Gettin' dirty in The Garden,
and making something from scratch, that I had to scratch and give to
something that does scratch in The Pantry!

I really haven't found a sourdough as good as the bread at the store but I am not giving up!
We are supposed to have another storm coming in and so I am trying to get my housework done so that I can finish watching Season 2 of the Road to Avonlea and do something creative...
I have been dying to make some soap!

ReplyDeletere: the question you left on my blog about the wooden signs. I used pine wood that I found in the garage and acrylic craft paint. I finished with a water base varnish. I don't think a sign finished like this would be weather safe, but I imagine a trip to Lowe's or Home Depot would have a finishing product that would protect from the elements. Hope this helps!
